Mary Winters has been a Reiki Master/Teacher for 17 years. She is also a certified crystal healer and an herbalist. She believes that, in addition to Western Medicine, there is more to wellness and healing; there is a subtle energy body that is just as important as the physical body. To heal, the whole person needs to be healed. Reiki encompasses that philosophy. Mary also uses crystals in her practice. Crystals can improve the general state of well-being and can enhance the body's ability to heal itself.

Sherie Blower is a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher with over 10 years' experience helping people attain wholeness. Sherie understands that life events along with their conflicting demands can negatively impact well-being. She is passionate about alternative modalities for stress reduction which she believes is a key component for whole person healing. In tandem with Reiki, she incorporates meditation techniques that includes GI (guided imagery). GI helps her clients boost performance while reducing stress in demanding occupations. Sherie holds a BS degree in psychology and has worked as a Kindergarten teacher helping children with self-regulation strategies. According to Sheris "Reiki is like a massage for the soul"!
