Leader-in-Training Program (LIT)

Looking for a leadership opportunity this summer?  If you love camp and working with younger children and looking for great leadership experience then Leader-In-Training (LIT) at Camp JCC is for you. Open to campers entering grades 9-11.

The LIT program is a leadership-training program offering hands-on experience working with campers. LITs will also acquire training in first aid, CPR and babysitting. Each LIT is paired with a different camp group during the week to gain experience working with various age groups. The leadership and job skills you will gain in the LIT program can help lead to future employment. LITs who complete a minimum of four weeks of camp will receive a LIT completion certificate.

Please sign up for a minimum of two weeks during the summer. Once registered, we will contact you for a pre-camp interview. 

Grades 9-11 •  Cost: $133/$155 per two-week session
