Reiki with Sarah Passwaters

Sarah Passwaters, who is also a JCC member, is a level 2 practitioner of Reiki. She is now offering this at the J! This Japanese technique is the practice of transmitting healing energy through the hands. Clients are fully clothed as the practitioner's hands are placed on key energy points of the body. This is done while either seated in a chair or using the massage table. Reiki has many benefits:

• Promote healing through symptom relief
• Release tension
• Reduce stress
• Promote better sleep 

It can be complementary to one's current wellness program but not meant as a replacement for conventional care.
