We’re open 8 a.m.-1 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 1. Get your New Year’s fit on with our modified group exercise schedule:

  • Power Yoga 9:30-10:30 a.m. with Rose
  • Water Werks 9-10 a.m. with Elaine
  • Tabata 9:30-10:30 a.m. with Josh

NEW in 2018! As a member of The J, you receive two complimentary appointments with a personal trainer designed to support you in your pursuit of health and wellness. The first appointment is a consultation with a certified personal trainer who will discuss your fitness goals and help you develop an achievable plan for success. The second appointment is a one-on- one session to help you put your plan into action. Whether you’re just starting to exercise, have dabbled in it before, or are comfortable with your regular fitness routine, JCCFITPLAN can help make the most of your JCC membership.
