Turkey Burn Thanksgiving Workout, Thursday & Friday, Nov. 24-25
Get fit before and after your Thanksgiving feast and join us for three hours of fun! On Thursday, burn off calories with two group exercise classes -- Kettlebell AMPD, 9-9:45 a.m., and TurboKick, 10-10:45 a.m., with Kris and on Friday, step up to the bike and spin with Chermanda, 9:30-11 a.m. FREE for J members and $5 for guests (includes both days).
